The Journey
For 5 years, I had a comfortable corporate job. Good salary, benefits, stability. But something felt empty. I was climbing a ladder that felt meaningless. My passion was education—I wanted to help young people access quality learning opportunities, especially those from poor backgrounds.
The turning point came through Wissen-Haus. I attended their social impact module and learned about social entrepreneurship. I realized I didn't have to choose between financial stability and making a difference. I could build a sustainable education model that serves the poor while being financially viable.
I quit my job, took a risk, and launched Learn4All. We partner with communities to provide affordable, quality education. We train teachers, provide materials, and use technology to reach students who would otherwise be left behind. It was terrifying at first, but Wissen-Haus mentors held my hand through the process.
Today, Learn4All has reached 10,000+ students, trained 50+ teachers, and expanded to 5 communities. More importantly, I wake up every day knowing my work matters. I'm not just making money—I'm changing lives. And financially, we're sustainable. The gamble paid off.

Advice to Social Entrepreneurs
"Purpose without profit is charity. Profit without purpose is exploitation. Build a model that does both. Don't be afraid to leave security for meaning, but do it with a solid plan. Wissen-Haus taught me that social entrepreneurship is real entrepreneurship—it needs the same rigor and strategy."
